Remy Bonjasky, “God In Japan”
It was a nice and shiny Thursday afternoon when family, friends, the press and some famous fighters had came together, in the luxurious sporting facility Special Sports in Amstelveen. Remy “the Flying Gentleman” Bonjasky was waiting until he was called to enter the ring. Today Remy was very tense and nervous while waiting, which normally he is not. Remy is so used to the ring, due to the many fights and trainings, that the ring has become like a 2nd house to him.

The reason why Remy was so nervous to enter the ring today was that this ring wasn’t the same he was used too. This ring was much smaller than the normal one and in the center it had a small platform to stand on. When Remy entered the ring he received other than boxing gloves a microphone, because today Remy released his book: Remy Bonjasky, ”God In Japan”

The book describes the life of little Remy, teenager Remy until now. You can have a look behind the scenes, the ups and downs in his sportive career, his private life and his believes in regaining the ultimate top in K1. The book is written by the author Mabel Van Den Dungen who followed and interviewed Remy for a full year. Amstel Sport is the publisher who will distribute Remy’s Bonjasky, “God In Japan”.

This year, Remy Bonjasky “God In Japan”, will also be published in other languages, today it is only available in the Dutch language. Remy is very proud and satisfied with the way Mabel has written his story, Mabel wrote it in a way that every fan could read his thoughts and feelings in an easy and special way. But overall the book describes a general very interesting and honest look into the mind of Remy “The Flying Gentleman Bonjasky”…….
