27-09-2007 K-1 World GP 2007 in Seoul Final 16
(Three days before the fight)
Yesterday the 26th of September at 12:47 local time after a flight of approximatly 12 hours we arrived in Seoul, South Korea. When we finished shaken hands with the other K-1 fighter and their teams, the airplane left to destination Seoul. Remy’s flight seat was really close to his opponent Stefan Leko, which did not result in any problems what so ever. Just arrived at the Seoul airport Remy was already spotted by the first fans, and it did not took long after the first fan asked for a photograph, many other fans followed afterwards. The trip from the Seoul Airport took almost an hour and after the check in at the hotel, Remy had a short training.
We all went early to bed. Today we started with a more than pleasant and tastfull breakfast in the hotel. Today’s program was about pressmeetings, photo and camera shoots. The press was curious what Remy’s opinion and predection for the fight was. Futhermore you could also see how populair K-1 in South Korea is.
Later in the afternoon Remy had another training, all in order to stay in perfect shape and fighting condition. After diner we lounged in the hotel loby, we went back to our rooms, for there in a few hours we where already a day closer to the match.
