After the seminar the participants will be able to take an picture with Remy (Meet and greet)
T-shirt, caps and posters of the Remy promotion line will be offered to buy, participants of the seminar will receive a 10% discount Each participant will receive a certificate of this day.

The one-day seminar is approximately 4 hours.
Classification in groups; beginners/progressed/competition level.
Instructed in punching techniques/ kicking techniques/ knee techniques/ combinations.
Depending on the size of the accommodation a group classification can be made, the maximum of the group size for each session is 30 participants.
