Being a professional kickboxer, I’m always in the best shape possible. You can’t get in to the ring without being 100% fit! As part of my Fitchannel program, I strive to get everyone in great shape too. My workouts consist of fun, high intensity, high energy cardio exercises but of course, I wouldn’t be me if I hadn’t thrown in a few boxing moves and techniques!
In my ten-week cardio boxing program, you’ll be working out three times a week. It won’t be easy but I’m here to help you through it and I promise you’ll be loving it in no time! And remember: you’re doing it for the best cause possible: yourself! In addition to all the workouts, you’ll also get a new ‘technique’ video every week to improve your (kick)boxing skills .
Of course, the training part is the most fun but you don’t get in perfect shape by only exercising. Nutrition is just as important. Together with TV chef Sandra Ysbrandy, I will prepare healthy and delicious meals to show you that eating right isn’t as hard as you think. It’s even fun to do! There’s even more: each week, you’ll receive a meal plan with delicious and easy to prepare recipes for the next seven days.
